Robert Stewart is the owner and lead inspector at Coastal Home Inspectors. He has lived in Southwest Florida for over 40 years and brings direct knowledge of the region’s construction practices, coastal climate challenges, and common property defects.

Robert holds a Certified Building Contractor license earned in 2007 and a Florida Home Inspector license earned in 2011. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1996. As the son of a General Contractor, he spent decades working in construction before moving into property inspection full time.
