Robert Stewart is the owner and lead inspector at Coastal Home Inspectors. He has lived in Southwest Florida for over 40 years and brings direct knowledge of the region’s construction practices, coastal climate challenges, and common property defects.

Robert is a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC1536680), first licensed as a Florida contractor in 2003, and has held a Florida Home Inspector license (HI1241) since 2011. He has performed approximately 5,000 inspections across Southwest Florida. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1996. As the son of a General Contractor, he spent decades working in construction before moving into property inspection full time.
